Discovery & Design Consultation
We begin by sitting down with you — whether in person or virtually — to understand your ideas, inspiration, and preferences. Whether you’re redesigning a family heirloom or dreaming up something entirely new, we’ll guide you through the design possibilities.
What to bring: sketches, photos, gemstones, or just your ideas.
2. Concept Sketches and CAD Modeling
Once we align on a concept, we begin creating preliminary sketches and digital renderings using CAD software. This allows you to visualize the piece and request changes before production begins.
Bonus: You’ll see realistic previews of your piece from multiple angles.
3. Precision 3D Printing
After design approval, we bring your piece into the physical world using a high-resolution 3D printer. The printed wax model ensures the exact dimensions and details are captured before casting.
And you can try it on.
4. Lost-Wax Casting with Centrifuge
Using the ancient art of lost-wax casting — enhanced with modern tools — we cast your design in the metal of your choice. Our centrifuge system ensures a clean, precise casting with exceptional integrity.
5. Stone Setting & Finishing
Your chosen gemstones are carefully set by hand, and the piece is polished, detailed, and inspected to ensure it meets our highest standards.
Presentation & Pickup
The final piece is presented in a keepsake box, ready for life's biggest moments — whether it’s an engagement, anniversary, or meaningful gift.
